Agreement to Terms
By engaging DTF Spray Foam's services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
DTF Spray Foam provides professional spray foam insulation services including:
- Residential spray foam insulation
- Commercial spray foam insulation
- Silicone roof sealing
- Energy efficiency consulting
- Related insulation services
Service Agreement
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions discovered during work.
Work Performance
We will perform all work in a professional manner according to industry standards. Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and credit card payments
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Disputes regarding payment must be raised within 30 days
Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty
We provide a warranty on our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from external factors.
Material Warranty
Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. We will assist in warranty claims where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
DTF Spray Foam's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.
Insurance and Licensing
DTF Spray Foam is fully licensed and insured. We maintain appropriate liability insurance and will provide proof of insurance upon request.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service charge
- Work in progress cannot be cancelled without payment for completed portions
Safety and Access
Customers must provide safe access to work areas and inform us of any known hazards. We reserve the right to suspend work if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas state law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate courts of Texas.

Changes to Terms
